Product was either taked out of he box after weight was taken
"Bought two boxes one card , spent $400+ , got notification that they were on the way got a phone call from fedex to pay for duties and taxes ahead so once it clears customs it can just head to canada , next day another fedex phone call saying that no items were in the package they got, I contacted you repeatedly on discord or through your site and email , no answer no notification no “oh hey we are looking into it “ nothing, nothing about a refund or re-suplying me the items that were lost , gave them all the information that they needed to help them also , no response. Terrible customer service or support."
