Shipping box and card boxes themselves were damaged when received, product was good otherwise

Top notch service and 100% authenticity!
"Just received my latest shipment and I couldn't be happier! Everything arrived in Mint condition, perfectly packed and 100% authentic.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to the customer service team. We had a small issue with the invoice, but they took full responsibility and fixed it immediately with professional and honest communication.
It’s rare to find such a reliable shop for Japanese Pokemon TCG. You’ve definitely gained a loyal customer from Israel! 🇮🇱🇯🇵"
