I’ll be honest: I was a bit nervous ordering a pricey preorder direct from Japan. I needn’t have been. The shipping notification came through promptly after release, and the parcel arrived within the week. Immaculate packaging, plus a freebie inside.
One of my nine starter sets was missing on arrival, but that turned into the best part of the experience. They replied to my email quickly, and the missing set arrived within another week, with two more freebies thrown in and, as far as I can tell, the import costs covered too. Excellent customer service.
I’ll 100% be buying from here again.
