I have been sent the wrong items. -The company handled this very well and provided me a redund for the difference in price.

This was my first time ordering anything from this company and i was a bit hesiatnt at first. Everything arrived as expect and it was very well packaged. Only issue i had was that one of the corners in one of the boxes came a little demaged/ding on it. I did pay for demage insurance just not sure if the demage on the box would prompt for a new box being sent. Aside from this my expierience with Pokeninjapan was a 10/10. Highly recommend !

First time using this website. Upon pre-order, i had a pre-shipment which i liked. Within the time of releasing, my order was delivered within three days! Would purchase from here again.
